How do I select the right size?

We follow standard European sizes. If you are unsure of your size, you have to measure your foot (in cms) and refer to our size guide. If you are a size in between (e.g. Size 37.5), we suggest you opt for a size up (i.e. Size 38) and add a rubber insole in it for a better fit.

Will the Juttis open up once I wear them?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Our juttis (including Loafer and Mule styles) will expand slightly within a few hours of wearing. The jutti usually will take the shape of your feet for a more relaxed fit.

I can't find my size in the available options. Can you customize size for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can customize juttis in smaller/bigger sizes. You may write to us at sassyheer@gmail.com (sassyheer@gmail.com)or Whatsapp on +919350218797 with your requirements, and someone from our team will get in touch with you. We do not offer COD on custom made shoes. They are to be fully paid for (in advance) and cannot be exchanged for another pair.
