1. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY-
We DO NOT entertain any refund or cancellation request. Product can only be exchanged for a new one within 7 days of delivery. "SALE" items are not eligible for exchange. NO refund or exchange on international orders.
We at SassyHeer make sure that the product is crafted and packed with maximum perfection, but just in case you find any reason to return the product for a new one, you can reach out to our customer service through email.
2. SHIPPING POLICY-
Shipping in India-
We offer free shipping on domestic prepaid orders above Rs.899. Once the order is dispatched, it will reach you in 5 -8 working days. During festivals, adverse weather conditions your shipment can be further delayed. We assure you that we try our level best to have your box of joy delivered to you in good time.
We also provide Cash on Delivery for domestic orders at a minimal charge of INR 99 per pair.
International Shipping-
We offer free shipping on orders above INR 15,000. For orders below this amount, charges will be directly calculated at the checkout page on the following basis:
Any import duties applicable by the destination country will be borne by the customer only and SassyHeer will not be responsible for the same. For any query or doubts, we are happy to be at your service, just drop an email at sassyheer@gmail.com.
