We use standard EUR size to help pick you the perfect size. However, if you are still not sure and want to exchange the size, the product can be exchanged within 15 days in its intact original packaging and the invoice. For any exchange request, you are required to send an e-mail on sassyheer@gmail.com, so that the process of return can be initiated. Styles and designs cannot be changed in exchange. You can only order "same pair in different size" in your exchange request.
We DO NOT entertain any refund or cancellation request. Product can only be exchanged for a new one. "SALE" items are NOT eligible for exchange. NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
