However, if you are still not sure and want to exchange the size, the product can be exchanged within 15 days in its intact original packaging and the invoice. For any exchange request, you are required to send an e-mail on sassyheer@gmail.com, so that the process of return can be initiated. Styles and designs cannot be changed in exchange. You can only order "same pair in different size" in your exchange request.
We DO NOT entertain any refund or cancellation request. Product can only be exchanged for a new one. "SALE" items are NOT eligible for exchange. NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

Shipping in INDIA
We offer free shipping on domestic prepaid orders. Once the order is dispatched, it will reach you in 5 -8 working days. During festivals, and adverse weather conditions your shipment can be further delayed. We ensure you that we try our level best to have your box of joy delivered to you in good time.
